Melody paused in thought for a second about it. "No, I have not had the chance." Melody said trying to hide the fact of she's terrified of heights. "Melody's terrified of heights so she's never rode a falcon before so it's best she stays on the ground." Chi said for her friend knowing she wouldn't say it herself.

Alex just said "Hey I understand, as a child of Apollo, I'm afraid of the dark. And like you Melody, I too was afraid of heights" he looked at the others "and as for falcon riding, I know that I'm not the only one who's done it."

Melody nodded with a grin. "I heard about Chi riding on a falcon. I glad you understand my fear. The dark is definitely a scary place. A child of Apollo hm? I'm the daughter of Eurterpe the Muse." She said proudly. Chi snickered at her best friend talking so proudly of being a daughter of a muse.

Alex just set Striker on the ground and tightened his leather half-gloves, pulled a pair of goggles and snapped his fingers. Striker grew to a massive size, and Alex climbed on. He flew off with a wave, leaving Ej alone with the girls. "Show-off!" Ej yelled after Alex as he flew away

Melody yelled up at the boy on the oversized falcon "Farewell child of Apollo!" She burst out laughing at Ej. "Bye Alex!" Chi yelled bursting out in laughter as well. The two girls watched though closely as the boy left before turning their gazes to Ej.

Alex smiled and waved back as he pulled his goggles onto his face and sped off through the air. Ej just said "If you ask me, he's a total show-off when it comes to the whole falcon riding thing. Those goggles he has were custom made and the bronze edging was don in the camp forge. But I do have to show respect for the guy since he's become death from above. Alex is a master archer he-" Ej cut his sentence short and his zweihander out in a flash. just in time to deflect an arrow that came soaring down and bounced off the blade with a ping that's when Lance and his dog came walking around the corner. This caused Ej to smile as he stood to shake hands with his good friend, then he turned to the girls "Melody, Chi, this is my friend Lance Carver and his pet rottweiler Brutus." Ej looked and saw that they weren't there anymore and he and Lance left
