Vienna Marie jumped in the air. "Yeah! Go Lance! I have no idea what those terms mean, but they sound like they're good! Yeah!" she was like Lance's personal cheerleader.

"Those were baseball terms Vienna. I sent the ball flying out of the arena. A grand slam means that I sent it flying and no fielder could catch that. A home-run means I could get around all four bases without getting tagged out. But that's if there were bases." Lance explained

Vienna nodded. "I know a trick. My mom taught me it," she said, pulling out a rope. She then made it levitate, straight as a board, her hand gently holding onto it. With her other hand, she snapped her finger and the rope fell.

"Haha, no," she laughed. "I wish," she joked. That was the only magic trick she knew, she left the rest to the Hecate kids and their magic.

"Try this trick, I spent a year trying to master it." With that he pulled out a deck of simple mortal playing cards. He opened the pack and set his bat down. After that he then poured the cards onto the arena floor. "Watch this." Lance waved his hands and said some magic words he thought of years ago "Good things come in multiples of 5, now make these cards come alive!" The cards became the shape a three dimensional miniature human body and began walking around in between him and Vienna.

Vienna screamed and lifted her foot up, about to step on the playing card people. She then calmed down and put her foot down. She looked them awestruck. "Whoa..."

Vienna Marie, still in awe, didn't even look back at Lance. Her violet colored eyes still gazed at the card on the ground. "I don't understand either..."

Lance sat down on the arena floor and started picking up his cards before shuffling them, he then stood up. "Pick a card!" he said

Vienna came out of her trance, blinking a bit. "Oh o-ok," she took a card eagerly and looked at it intently.
