(Okay, so this is the monthly event everyone chose; the dance/ball that's being held in Athens 2.0. You can participate int this even though your characters may be in other active threads.)
The lights turned on and the D.J. set his stand up on the far side of the large, oval marble room. The campers walked in, some with dates others in large groups of friends. The lights were dim and tables of food, snacks and drinks were set out alongside the wall made out of glass that oversaw the rest of Athens 2.0 that was bathed in the soft light of the setting sun. As the music gained volume, the demigods began to form a crowd of dancers in the center of the floor and a few outcast groups floating on the outskirts. Some groups filled the round tables that were covered in crimson table cloths.
Mommochi walked into the room dressed in a purple gown that shown off her eyes. Her long hair was tied back in a bun, and her uncovered shoulders draped in a black shawl. Sanza followed her into the noisy room, ears tilted back against her head as she followed the demigod.
Aradel was dressed in a black gown that shown off the shoulders but hid the arms in belled sleeves. Her spiky hair remained the same, and besides the dress nothing else had changed much about her average appearance. She walked in and went directly to the snack table and gathered a large plate of junk food that she rather did not need and picked up a glass of Pepsi.
Ren waltz in wearing a white shirt and black pants, nothing too fancy or different from many of the other guys there. He went into the dancing crowd to try and find someone to talk with, and tried not to cover his ears at the loud booming music the DJ played.

Adrianna sighed as she entered the room. She didn't really care for parties, and she tended to be quite a wallflower. She was wearing an aquamarine and black lace dress that came up to her knees. Her sleeves were lace and the bow in the back slightly undone. Her hair was how it always was; Straightened and down to her sides. She shifted half-heartedly towards the snack area and poured herself a glass of coke. After, she went to a place she knew well; The wall. She was new and didn't have many friends. 'Great. Alone again' she thought to herself, as she put herself against the wall.

Vienna walked into the ballroom slowly, carefully observing everything while twirling one of her curls. She wore an elegant, strapless, purple gown. It had a sweetheart neckline and a jeweled bodice. It had fancy ruching on the sides and gave her a taller, slimmer silhouette. Her face was pale and delicate in appearance. Her striking violet eyes shimmered. She looked pretty, but she didn't feel that way. Only minutes before she came did she pile on tons of makeup to cover up the scars from her stepfather along with some bruises and scrapes from training. Vienna reluctantly walked onto the dance floor, and the bottom half of her dress came off. Now she was in a short strapless dress, the fancy draping still there. The dress going up past her knee. It was about a third to her knee. Under the dress she wore fishnet stockings and black heels. She tossed her dress's bottom half onto a chair and she twirled around.

Alex noticed Vienna dancing and walked over to join her. To avoid overheating he threw his tuxedo's jacket on the chair with the bottom half of Vienna's dress. He tightened the laces on his shoes and joined Vienna on the dance floor

Vienna looked over at him as she spun quickly and dropped into a split. She pulled herself up only using her legs and she looked at him some more. "Hello there, I'm Vienna Marie, daughter of Hades," she introduced herself to him. "Pleasure to meet you," she flashed him a smile.

Alex smiled lightly "Nice to meet you Vienna, I'm Alex." with that he dis a standing backflip on th dance floor, stuck the landing and did a triple spin

"Well Alex, you've got some nice moves," she complimented. Vienna then did three back handsprings in a row then kicked her leg up above her head. Nothing surprising for a gymnast of her level.

Vienna moved across the floor swirling rapidly, shadows forming around her. She then jumped in the air and did a flip while doing a corkscrew. When she landed, she did so in a battle crouch and the shadows blew away in waves.

Alex made his way off the dance floor and walked over to his friend Mommochi "Hey Mommochi," he said "would you care to dance?"

Mommochi glanced up at Alex, stopping in her tracks around the outskirts of the crowd. She blinked a few times at him before smiling and replying "Sure, I would love to dance." Sonza sat down and watched them, not willing to go into the crowd of dancing people who would most likely than not step on her.
Aradel spotted another camper flanking the wall of the room, and decided to go over and converse. "Hey, what's up? Name's Aradel Ellis, daughter of Eris." she said loudly, attempting to be heard over the music. "Love the dress, by the way."
Ren walked out from the crowd and went towards one of the empty tables. He sat down and just listened to the music that would most likely kill all the plants in the room by midnight and make everyone deaf for three years.

Vienna spotted Ren, and stopped dancing and simply walked over to him. "Hello," she said politely, her Irish accent was a problem, it made her voice a bit quiet. She sat down beside him and wiped a bit of sweat from her forehead and adjusted a black ribbon around her neck. "I'm Vienna Marie, daughter of Hades. Pleasure to meet you," she held out her hand for him to shake.
