Jack stood before the lake, his staff held at his side. He knelt down, removing his shoes and socks, a ring of frost surrounded his now bare feet. A smirk stretched across his unnaturally pale face. He swung his staff, releasing a burst of cool air. When the winds came to a stop, part of the lake was frozen solid. Jack Frost took a step onto the ice, causing more of the lake surrounding him to freeze. He took slow steps at first, able to walk along the ice with incredible ease. Then he began to run, the lake freezing at a faster pace now. "Whoo!!!" he cheered, holding up his arms. He was probably going to get into so much trouble for making the canoe lake a winter wonderland, but he didn't care! That's the fun thing about being Jack! You don't care.

Alex came jogging down the path to the lake. He was wearing his armor and had his bow in his left hand and arrow quiver at his waist. As he got closer to the lake the air started getting colder. As a response his body started to emit his solar heat glow. H noticed a boy out on a sheet of ice "Hey!" He yelled

Jack looked over and saw someone on the shores of the lake. He slid over to him, his staff covered in frost, most people would wear gloves handling it, but not him. He didn't like the heat thing though, that bothered him, so he took a step back into the lake, the ice thickening.

Alex's solar heat aura weakened as to only keep himself warm "I'm Alex" he said "What's your name?"

Jack noticed the heat died down, so he stepped forward once more, keeping his staff at his side, careful not to move it much so he wouldn't freeze the other. "I'm Jack Frost, son of Khione," he answered. "Pleasure to meet ya, Alex." Jack normally preferred to be alone, but maybe he could....no he LOVED being alone, but it was always good to be polite.

"Well...I was bored and enjoy being alone so I came down here and froze the lake," he felt content with his answer, looking down at the ground.

Alex kicked the heels of his boots together and they emitted spikes "Sorry, I need the extra grip on ice."

"It's ok...not many people like me...everyone likes heat and warmth and no one likes the cold and snow," Jack wasn't too happy and it began to snow.

Jack looked up at Alex, "Really? You think so?" he began to smile as snow began to cover the ground.

"Best friend material? Really?" Jack Frost was super excited, he never really had a friend, and now he's like someone's best friend?! That was a huge step for Jack.

Jack shook Alex's hand enthusiastically, a huge smile on his face. His large, icy blue eyes sparkling with glee.
