Alex pulled out the soda and looked at Adrianna's finger "I can fix that easily." Alex took her hand his his own, chanted a healing mantra in ancient Greek and when he removed his hands, there was no blood or scarring. He then cracked both Pepsi cans open and handed one to Adrianna, "There you go Adrianna." he took a swig if soda and a bite of his candy.

Adrianna looked at her finger and the cut was no longer there. "Thanks." She said as she took the can in her hand. "So," She said out of boredom. "Have any other good memories to share? I promise I'll tell more in return."

Another godd memory I have is my 17th birthday. It was the first time that I got to see my friends back home since my arrival here at camp. The party was off the hook, my mom and stepdad left 7 teenagers alone in a lake cabin for a night. We had sugar, video games, and a jetski to keep us entertained. That was awesome." Alex took a drink from his Pepsi "Then about a week ago, I returned to camp via Pegasus."

Adrianna smiled and nodded. "That sounds like fun. One of mine would be when I was thirteen and my friends and I played a prank on my friend's older sister. We changed her body wash with temporary blue dye. It stayed on for about a week. It was cruel, but hilarious." She started to laugh hysterically remembering the look on her face.

Alex spayed Pepsi out in front of him "Wow, that's insane. One time my buddies and I replicated the prank from big fat liar on a girl I knew. It was awesome!"

Adrianna smiled and laughed. "I bet. My friends dragged me into it though. I'm not the one to play pranks. I'm glad I did though." She smiled, remembering the good times she had with her friends. Friends she might never see again. "This other time, I slipped a bucket of water on my math teacher. I gad gotten in trouble and for my punishment I had to wash the floor of my math teacher's classroom. She filled the bucket with water and set it on top of the closet. I tried to reach it, but I ended up knocking it over on her. Which, caused me three days suspension." She shrugged and sipped more soda.

"I once lit off an axe bodyspray grenade in the boy's locker room at school. That's where you pop the top off of a can of axe, break open the little plastic nozzle and throw it before the can gets too cold. The locker room wreaked of Axe Kilo for a while. Crazy thing is, there was a volleyball game that night and when I came in the next morning for cross country practice, the locker room had a new scent. Some cheap perfume." Alex explained "Best moment of freshman year I had!"

Adrianna smiled. "Sometimes I wish I could see my friends again. At least just one last time. It's been so long since I have." She tried to keep her voice from cracking. She truly missed them.

Alex looked at Adrianna "Somedays I wish I could see some friends that I haven't seen in a while." He put his arm around Adrianna. Every day since I got back to camp, it's the same daily grind. Somedays I wish I could more than a week or two at home. I'm really starting to miss the great state of South Dakota." he pulled Adrianna in close for a few minutes before he released her.

Adrianna sighed. "Some of them, I believe, have forgotten my existence. I'm not allowed to use my cell at camp," She held out a small flip phone. The battery was taken out. She tucked it back i her sweater and looked at the sky. "I'm pretty sure they've moved on, and probably don't care about me." Once again, her voice cracked. She cursed herself for being this weak.

Alex looked down at his Dakota State University hoodie and said "I'll be going to college in a couple years. I applied to DSU for the 2014 school year, and I got accepted. When I go, I'll be majoring in Computer Game Design and minoring in Computer Sciences." he looked back over at Adrianna "When that time comes, I'll no longer be a year-rounder. Just a summer session camper.

Adrianna nodded. "I'm going to be stuck here for a while. A while especially because I don't go to school." She sighed. She often wished she never dropped out.

Alex put his arm around Adrianna again, pulled her close and began to hum "Somebody I used to Know" in the styling of the Pentatonix. His melodic voice began to flow as he sang the opening words to the song

Alex wrapped his arms around Adrianna as he kept humming. His eyelids lowered and he leaned against the stands
